His expertise encompasses equity capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and compliance, corporate structuring, due diligence assessments, and commercial transactions. David’s ability to navigate complex legal and regulatory frameworks assists clients in achieving their business objectives efficiently. Committed to ongoing professional development and knowledge sharing, David is an active member of the Governance Institute of Australia and frequently presents on topics related to corporate governance as part of the Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance. He has also served as company secretary for ASX listed companies, demonstrating hands-on experience in corporate administration.
