Alfonso Grillo

Alfonso Grillo is a founding partner of GrilloHiggins, bringing extensive experience in various facets of commercial law. He advises a diverse range of clients, including ASX-listed companies, private equity investee businesses, and family offices, with a primary focus on mergers and acquisitions as well as equity capital markets transactions across multiple industries. Alfonso adopts a pragmatic and commercially minded approach to his transactional work, which has earned him the trust of many clients. His expertise also spans corporate structuring, governance, intellectual property, energy and resources, and conducting thorough due diligence assessments. He has been recognised in several prestigious publications, including inclusion in the Asia Pacific Legal 500 for Corporate and M&A in multiple years and mention in the 2014 IFLR1000 Guide for financial and corporate firms for his mergers and acquisitions work.
