Christina Demetriou

Christina Demetriou is a solicitor admitted to the Supreme Court in December 2022. She holds a Bachelor of Law and a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Accounting, completed in 2022. Christina began her legal career in criminal law and immigration before focusing on family law, where she has developed a strong interest in resolving complex property matters. Her background in commerce and accounting enhances her ability to navigate financial issues within family law. Christina also has experience in parenting matters and leverages her previous work as a tutor with primary and high school children to connect empathetically with clients. She is committed to achieving outcomes that prioritise the best interests of the children involved. Known for her clear communication and client-focused approach, Christina guides clients through their matters by offering tailored advice and practical options aimed at timely and cost-effective resolutions. She is skilled in negotiation, ensuring that her clients’ perspectives are effectively represented. Christina joined Greenleaf Legal in July 2022. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling and watching movies and television shows.
