Amanda Elias is the Principal Solicitor at Greenleaf Legal, bringing a comprehensive legal background and a compassionate, practical approach to her work. She holds both a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Social Science, with majors in Criminology and Psychology, completed in 2008. Amanda was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia in 2009. Her early experience spanned civil litigation, class actions, criminal law, family law, and wills and estates. Amanda now dedicates her practice exclusively to family law and estate matters, where her extensive knowledge and empathetic communication assist clients in navigating complex and often emotional transitions. She provides guidance on separation, parenting arrangements, and intricate property and estate disputes. Amanda has a strong focus on complex financial issues and substantial property and estate claims. She regularly appears before the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia and the Supreme Court of NSW. Over the past six years, none of her matters have proceeded to a final hearing, reflecting her skill in negotiating fair, sensible outcomes.
