Arina Sian

Arina Sian is an accomplished litigator known for her precision, strategic approach, and genuine commitment to her clients. She has considerable experience handling a wide variety of disputes, including complex litigation in multiple forums such as the NSW Civil & Administrative Tribunal (including the Appeal Panel), the NSW Land and Environment Court, the Supreme Court of NSW, and the NSW District Court. Arina’s expertise extends to guiding individuals through difficult personal matters as well as advising corporate clients involved in high-stakes proceedings, always bringing clarity, rigour, and persistence to the cases she manages. Arina’s academic journey commenced with a Bachelor of Biodiversity and Conservation from Macquarie University in 2019. She then pursued a Bachelor of Laws (Graduate Entry) with Honours at the University of Notre Dame, graduating in 2022. Following this, she completed her Diploma of Practical Legal Training at the College of Law in 2023 and was admitted to practice in the same year. Renowned for her meticulous attention to detail and her ability to formulate clear strategies that effectively navigate complex legal landscapes, Arina handles matters from initial correspondence through to final hearings and resolutions. This comprehensive involvement enables her to build strong, professional relationships with clients and ensure they feel supported throughout the entire process. Outside of her professional life, Arina enjoys a freshly squeezed orange juice and has a penchant for fresh dates and peanut butter as occasional sweet treats. When it’s time to unwind from the demands of litigation, she often retreats to Dubai for some sun, cocktails, and beach clubs. Closer to home, she finds balance by spending time with her dogs, engaging in Reformer Pilates, or relaxing in a sunny spot on one of Sydney’s picturesque beaches while reading the latest fiction novel.
