Bernadette’s early career includes 12 years at leading corporate law firms in Sydney, where she contributed to significant tax law developments and advised a diverse range of clients, including high-profile celebrities, politicians, and business owners. Her work focused on facilitating intergenerational wealth transfers and navigating intricate estate matters. During her time on the East Coast, Bernadette was an active speaker on legal and tax issues and developed strong professional relationships with key institutions such as the Federal Treasurer’s office, the Australian Taxation Office, and the NSW Office of State Revenue. Since 2012, Bernadette has applied her expertise locally in the Great Southern community, where she is committed to providing personalised legal services.
