Steven Grasic

Steven Grasic is a partner at Grasic Lawyers with extensive experience in property and commercial law. Since his admission to the roll in 2008, Steven has developed a comprehensive practice that includes residential and commercial conveyancing, business purchases and sales, mortgages, and lease agreements for both commercial and retail properties. Steven advises clients on a broad range of commercial matters, including securities, insolvency, and corporate structuring such as establishing and managing trusts, corporate entities, and self-managed superannuation funds. He is also proficient in resolving issues related to easements, boundary disputes, building disputes, and drafting various contracts and licence agreements. In addition to his commercial work, Steven provides estate planning services, assisting clients with drafting wills—including mutual wills—managing estate administration, and guiding clients through Probate and Letters of Administration applications. He supports clients in contested estate matters, including applications for further provision and disputes concerning trustee duties and estate administration.
