Eugene Gramelis

Eugene Gramelis is the principal of Gramelis Attorneys, bringing over 16 years of experience as a barrister to his role. Following a successful career at the Bar, Eugene founded the firm with a commitment to providing clients with knowledgeable and experienced legal representation. His deep understanding of the legal system, combined with his expertise in managing complex negotiations, equips him to effectively pursue matters on behalf of his clients. Eugene holds a Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of Sydney and has been practising law since 1998, having been admitted as a Solicitor and Barrister of the High Court of Australia and the Supreme Court of New South Wales. His time practising at various chambers, including Culwulla, Henry Parkes, and Trust Chambers, has further honed his advocacy skills. Eugene is fluent in Greek, enabling him to assist clients from diverse backgrounds with personalised attention. He prioritises delivering legal services efficiently and cost-effectively, emphasising a client-first approach in all matters. He is a member of The Law Society of New South Wales, an affiliated member of The New South Wales Bar Association, a member of the Law Council of Australia’s Family Law Section, and is associated with the Australian Institute of Family Law Arbitrators and Mediators (AIFLAM).
