Krish has provided counsel to some of the world’s largest cryptocurrency businesses, including three of the top 80 cryptocurrency companies by market capitalisation. Krish’s expertise encompasses a variety of matters such as corporate restructuring across multiple jurisdictions, regulatory considerations for proposed cryptocurrency tokens under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), digital currency exchange licensing obligations in Australia, anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing compliance requirements, and product development involving digital asset lending, staking, and NFT partnerships.
