Francis Hung

Francis was admitted to legal practice in 2009 after completing his Bachelor of Laws at Monash University. He began his legal career with Goldsmiths Lawyers in 2010. Over the years, Francis has developed extensive experience in several areas including property law, commercial law, wills, and deceased estates. Fluent in both Cantonese and Mandarin, Francis is able to assist a diverse range of clients. His practice covers a broad spectrum of legal matters such as commercial and retail leasing, conveyancing, and the sale and purchase of businesses and companies. He also advises on employment agreements, mortgages and loan agreements, trusts, as well as related party transfers and stamp duty exemptions. Francis is skilled in managing large-scale developments and subdivisions and provides guidance on trademarks and estate planning to meet the needs of his clients effectively.
