Wendy Elias is a Senior Associate with extensive experience in Family Law and Wills and Estates. She is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia. She also handles international family law issues, with particular expertise in matters relating to the Hague Convention. Wendy maintains a strong interest in surrogacy and adoption. Her experience extends to child support matters, where she drafts and enforces Binding Child Support Agreements and Child Support Departure Orders before the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.
