Michele Joncourt has been a practising solicitor since 1987, bringing extensive experience in estate planning and conveyancing. She is well-versed in preparing Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Appointments of Enduring Guardians, ensuring clients’ wishes are clearly documented and legally sound. Since joining the firm in 2015, Michele has played a key role in the Estate Planning Department, concentrating on the effective and timely distribution of assets. In her role as Principal Solicitor and Director, Michele oversees the delivery of legal services, drawing on her years of experience to manage complex family matters with sensitivity and professionalism. She is also a Notary Public, providing additional services to meet client needs.
