Robert Wardle

Robert Wardle is a distinguished Solicitor and Practice Manager with a robust academic and professional background. Admitted to practice both in the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia, Robert holds a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice with distinction and a Bachelor of Laws with upper second-class honours from Queensland University of Technology. Additionally, he has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Queensland, where he specialised in Business and Information Systems. In his nearly decade-long career, Robert has gained extensive experience in managerial corporate and compliance roles. His legal practice primarily focuses on industrial law and commercial matters, though his expertise extends to regulatory compliance, corporate law, and legal research. Robert is dedicated to providing strategic advisory services that assist businesses, particularly start-ups and SMEs, in achieving and maintaining regulatory compliance. Currently, Robert is pursuing a PhD focusing on responsive regulatory theory and its applications within the aviation sector, specifically regarding the Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA). Outside of his professional life, he is an avid private pilot and enjoys indulging in his passion for history as an enthusiast.
