Ralph Glezer

Ralph Glezer brings extensive experience in a broad range of Family Law matters. His expertise covers Family Law settlements and litigation, including complex property issues that involve family trusts and company structures. He also handles third party litigation and a variety of children’s matters such as residence and contact disputes, relocation, paternity issues, passport applications, name changes, Hague Convention cases, child support, and adult child maintenance. Ralph’s practice includes de facto property disputes, spousal maintenance claims, and the drafting and negotiation of Binding Financial Agreements. He is also experienced in cohabitation, pre-nuptial, and separation agreements, providing comprehensive advice and representation tailored to individual circumstances. Beyond his practice, Ralph is actively involved in the legal community. He is the Chair of the Family Law Executive of the Law Institute of Victoria and a member of its Family Court Practice Committee, having previously served as Chairman. Ralph regularly shares his knowledge as a speaker and presenter for the Television Education Network (TEN), where he has contributed to numerous Family Law education programs. He has also served as the Law Institute’s representative on the Family Court’s Domestic Violence Liaison Committee and participates in the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia.
