Angela Guest

Angela is an experienced family law practitioner with a Masters of Applied Law (Family Law) and a combined Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts degree from Monash University. Since joining Glezer Lanteri & Associates Pty Ltd in 2012, she has established herself as a key member of the team, handling a broad range of family law matters. Her expertise encompasses complex financial cases, including situations involving third parties such as loans and undisclosed assets. Angela also has a particular focus on children’s issues, with detailed knowledge of cases concerning parental alienation and family violence. She offers advice across all areas of family law, including complex children’s matters, spousal maintenance, binding financial agreements, and matters relating to de facto and same-sex relationships. Angela actively contributes to the legal profession through her involvement with the Law Institute of Victoria, where she has shared her insights in various publications and participates on several committees. This engagement ensures she remains well-informed about ongoing developments in family law, enabling her to provide up-to-date legal advice.
