About Raoul

Raoul Giudes was admitted as a solicitor in 1973 and is a founding partner of Giudes & Elliott. With a career spanning several decades, Raoul has developed extensive experience across personal injuries, estates, and migration law. He is also a registered migration agent and serves as a Notary Public. Raoul holds qualifications as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland, a Solicitor of the High Court of Australia, and maintains registration under the Migration Agents Code of Conduct. His professional memberships include the Queensland Law Society, the North Queensland Law Association, the Townsville District Law Association, and the International Law Section of the Law Council of Australia. In addition to his legal practice, Raoul contributes to the profession and community through significant leadership roles.
