He has played a key role in advancing the firm’s practice in assisting clients with psychosocial hazards, abuse claims, and psychological injuries arising from excessive work demands, bullying, harassment, unsafe work practices, or toxic workplace environments. His approach recognises the emotional and legal complexities inherent to these claims, and he provides clear, compassionate, and results-oriented guidance through these sensitive disputes. In addition, David advises organisations on managing psychosocial risks in accordance with work health and safety laws and supports businesses in establishing practical frameworks to prevent and address workplace bullying, harassment, and mental health-related issues. David is also highly experienced in the insurance sector, with in-depth knowledge of indemnity disputes, policy interpretation, and complex claims involving liability, property, professional indemnity, construction insurance, cyber risks, and legal expense insurance.
