Wendy Brett

Wendy Brett is the Principal Lawyer and Director, with a legal career spanning over two decades. Raised in Geelong, she earned her Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Deakin University and was admitted to practise in 2002. Wendy has extensive experience practising family law in both community and private sectors across Victoria and Western Australia. Her practice encompasses a broad spectrum of family law matters, including property and financial settlements as well as parenting disputes. Wendy's considerable court experience includes appearances before the Family Court, the Federal Circuit Court, the Magistrates’ Court, and the Family Court of Western Australia.
