Kristen Vienna

Kristen Vienna was admitted to practice law in 2010 after completing a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws at Deakin University, followed by a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at the Leo Cussen Institute. Since then, she has focused her career in family law, handling a diverse range of matters including property and financial settlements, spousal maintenance, financial agreements and parenting arrangements. Kristen takes a practical and results-driven approach to her work, balancing strong advocacy with empathy and clear communication. She prioritises her clients’ needs, providing advice that is straightforward and easy to understand, aiming to minimise the financial and emotional impact of family law issues. Where necessary, she is committed to vigorously representing clients to achieve the best possible outcomes. Kristen is actively involved in the legal community as a member of the Law Institute of Victoria, Victorian Women Lawyers and the Geelong Law Association.
