About Kasey
Kasey Warner is the Principal Lawyer and Director at Geelong Family Lawyers. Raised in Williamstown, Kasey pursued her tertiary education at the University of Melbourne, graduating in August 2004 with both a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts degree. She was admitted to practice by the Supreme Court of Victoria in September 2005. After gaining valuable experience in a Melbourne law firm, Kasey relocated to Geelong in 2006, where she has worked exclusively in family law for over a decade. Kasey brings extensive knowledge and practical experience to her family law practice, assisting clients with a wide range of matters including parenting arrangements, property disputes, divorce, spousal maintenance, family violence and intervention orders, post-separation financial agreements, and child support. She has appeared before the Magistrates’ Court, the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, and has represented clients in both formal and informal mediation settings. Understanding the complexities and sensitivities involved in family law, Kasey is committed to helping clients achieve outcomes that are fair, reasonable, and in the best interests of children and families moving forward. She holds membership with the Geelong Law Association and the Law Institute of Victoria. Outside her legal work, Kasey enjoys attending art exhibitions and hot rod shows, gardening, and spending quality time with her family.
