Frank Di Iorio

Frank Di Iorio is a Partner at Galbally & O’Bryan with extensive experience in commercial law, practising since 1989. Having become a Partner in 1997, Frank has represented clients in a wide range of commercial disputes, including numerous successful claims against Australia’s major banks. His practice encompasses both contentious and non-contentious matters. Frank also acts for many clients within the pharmacy sector, advising on various industry-related issues. He is recognised for his thorough and practical approach, striving to achieve the best possible outcomes while managing costs effectively. His expertise includes commercial litigation and contractual disputes, debt recovery, property disputes, and business and property law. Frank has advised on the purchase and sale of businesses, commercial and residential properties, lease agreements, franchises, joint ventures, and partnerships. Frank holds a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws and has been admitted to practice since 1989. He is an active member of the Law Institute of Victoria and the Australian Lawyers Alliance.
