Pravin Aathreya is a Partner based in Melbourne with two decades of experience in complex, large-scale commercial litigation and dispute resolution. His practice encompasses a broad range of matters, with a particular emphasis on corporate insolvency and reconstruction. Pravin has advised numerous corporate clients across diverse industries, including automotive and transport, infrastructure, energy and resources, and financial services. Pravin’s litigation experience covers complex commercial disputes such as contract disagreements, conflicts involving energy and resources sector participants and regulators, misleading and deceptive conduct claims, and directors’ and professional liability claims. He also advises on commercial leasing disputes, shareholder disputes, product liability issues, government litigation, and matters arising under the Personal Property Securities Act.
