Matthew Fox leads Friedlieb Fox McLeod as Principal, bringing extensive experience in property law to the firm’s clients. He is committed to delivering practical, efficient, and cost-effective legal solutions across a range of property-related matters. Matt’s expertise covers complex rural conveyancing and leasing, as well as residential and commercial conveyancing and leasing. He also advises on legal issues relating to hotels, motels, and liquor licensing. His work includes guiding clients through developments and leases associated with wind farms, solar, battery, and other renewable energy projects. In addition, Matt handles matters relating to water law and has experience with Land and Environment Court appeals. Beyond property law, Matt advises clients on wills and estates, providing comprehensive support for personal legal affairs. As President of the South West Slopes Law Society, Matt engages actively with the NSW Law Society to represent and advocate for the interests of local legal practitioners, maintaining a strong connection to the wider legal community.
