Linda Hansen

Linda Hansen is a Senior Associate with Friedlieb Fox McLeod, where she has been practising since 2006. With over 25 years of comprehensive legal experience, Linda focuses her practice on family law, particularly property and parenting matters. She is committed to providing her clients with practical and realistic advice aimed at achieving favourable outcomes promptly and cost-effectively, while maintaining empathy during what can be a complex and emotional time. Her approachable and down-to-earth manner is highly valued by those she represents. In addition to her family law work, Linda advises clients in estate planning and administration. She assists with family provision claims under the Succession Act and prepares Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Enduring Guardian documents, ensuring clients’ affairs are carefully managed and protected. Linda plays an active role in the legal community, currently serving as Vice President of the South West Slopes Law Society, a position that follows her tenure as Treasurer. She is also engaged with the Family Law Pathways Network through participation on its steering committee. Away from the office, Linda enjoys golf and looks forward to sharpening her skills in the future.
