Francis Lim, Principal of Francis Lim Barristers & Solicitors, is an accomplished legal professional with an extensive career spanning both Malaysia and Australia. He holds a Bachelor of Economics and a Bachelor of Laws from Monash University. Admitted to the High Court of Malaya as an Advocate & Solicitor in 1981, Francis regularly appeared as Counsel in Malaysian courts. In 2001, he extended his legal practice to Australia, securing admission as a Barrister & Solicitor to the High Court of Australia and the Supreme Court of Victoria. His early legal career included a tenure as a Senior Solicitor at Testart Robinson, where he adeptly handled cases in Commercial Litigation, Migration Law, Banking & Finance, Commercial Law, Conveyancing, Building Disputes, and Wills & Probate. Further enhancing his credentials, he was admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2012. Currently, Francis focuses on Business Law, Commercial Litigation, Family Law, Property Law, Building Arbitration, and Wills & Probate.
