Alan Roberts is the Principal of F.R. Monotti & Co., bringing a wealth of experience in the legal field since being admitted to practice in 1971 after earning his Law Degree from the University of Melbourne. Alan joined the firm in 1974 and, since 1993, has been recognised by the Law Institute of Victoria for his expertise in Business Law, an area in which he has extensive knowledge and experience. In addition to his focus on Business Law, Alan provides comprehensive services in other legal areas, including the preparation of Wills, Estate Planning and Administration, Trusts, and the Purchase and Sale of Properties. His dedication to providing thorough legal services extends to his work as a Notary Public, a role he has fulfilled since 1991. As a Notary, Alan aids in the international acceptance of documents by witnessing and sealing them as required by various countries. In 1997, Alan further enhanced his legal repertoire by completing a Mediation training course, which equipped him with skills in dispute resolution through interactive involvement of parties and their legal advisors. This training underscores his commitment to achieving amicable resolutions for his clients. Alan also maintains strong professional and community ties, serving as a legal advisor for numerous philanthropic and charitable institutions.
