David Swan was admitted to practice by the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia in 1985. With over 35 years of legal experience, David has developed extensive expertise in commercial law, particularly in company disputes, business transactions, estate planning, and contested estates. He is also appointed as a Notary Public and holds accreditation as a Nationally Accredited Mediator. David’s approach is underpinned by a commitment to maintaining high professional standards, reflecting his dedication to delivering clear, practical advice tailored to clients’ needs. Beyond his legal practice, he contributes to the community as the founding Chair of the Legacy Business and Community Support Committee and as a board member of the Foundation for the Historical Aircraft Restoration Society.
