Doug Fox has extensive experience in commercial litigation, dispute resolution and insolvency matters. Since graduating, Doug has worked with leading firms in Brisbane and Sydney, gaining valuable exposure to a broad range of commercial disputes. Prior to joining Fox & Company Lawyers, Doug was an associate director at a boutique Brisbane practice where he managed the firm’s commercial litigation and insolvency work. He also spent time in the commercial disputes team of an international law firm with offices across several continents, adding a global perspective to his practice. Doug’s expertise encompasses a wide variety of complex legal issues including contractual and corporate disputes, insurance and property disputes, defamation claims, directors’ and officers’ liability, corporate fraud and asset recovery, as well as professional negligence claims.
