Shaman Sioux

Shaman Sioux is a dedicated family lawyer practising in Perth and Fremantle, with a comprehensive background in law and migration. She holds a Bachelor of Political Studies & Administration of Justice from Mesa State College in the USA and completed her Bachelor of Laws at Murdoch University, graduating in 2010. Shaman further enhanced her legal expertise with a Graduate Certificate in Australian Migration Law and Practice and is a Registered Migration Agent, offering immigration assistance to asylum seekers and migrants. Admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 2011, Shaman initially worked within the community legal sector in the Peel region, demonstrating a strong commitment to social justice. After a brief hiatus to focus on family, she returned to legal practice and is currently pursuing a Master of Laws (Applied Law) majoring in Family Dispute Resolution Practice at the College of Law. As a registered Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner with the Attorney-General’s Department, Shaman is focused on supporting clients through separation and divorce, guiding them through parenting and property dispute resolutions with empathy and understanding.
