About Eve
Eve Foster is the Principal Solicitor and owner of Foster Legal Lawyers, a firm she established in 2017 with the aim of providing flexible legal services tailored to the diverse needs of her clients. With extensive experience in Conveyancing and Property law, Commercial leasing, Commercial and Business law, Estate Planning and Estate Administration, as well as Building and Construction law, Eve brings a broad legal perspective to her practice. Prior to founding her firm, Eve worked with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission and Consumer Affairs Victoria, gaining valuable knowledge in Consumer and Competition law and policy. Having transitioned from metropolitan to regional practice, she understands the unique challenges faced by clients outside major cities, where access to legal advice can be limited. Eve’s regional experience has sharpened her ability to address a wide array of legal issues for a varied client base including business owners, farmers, families and developers. She is committed to making legal services accessible and comprehensible to all, regardless of profession or background. Acknowledging the demands on her clients’ time, especially those balancing family and work commitments, Eve offers flexible appointment options, including remote consultations via phone, email or video conference. Although based in Mansfield, North East Victoria, she is well-equipped to assist clients across locations to resolve their legal matters efficiently and effectively.
