Hans Richmond

Hans Richmond holds a Juris Doctor from Monash University and a Bachelor of Criminology and Justice. He completed a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice and is currently practising as a lawyer with experience across property law, commercial law, and estates. Before joining Forty Four Degrees, Hans worked in banking and finance law. During this time, he developed expertise in complex borrowing arrangements, self-managed superannuation funds, mortgages, and various aspects of property law. Hans is committed to delivering high-quality service and takes genuine satisfaction in assisting clients to resolve their legal matters effectively. Outside of his legal practice, he is actively involved in local community organisations and enjoys attending motor sport events.
