Sharon Flood

Sharon’s journey into law was inspired by her background in the real estate industry and property market, leading her to pursue postgraduate legal studies with the goal of establishing her own law firm focused on conveyancing and management rights law. Graduating with first-class honours from Bond University in 2006, Sharon began her legal career at a firm where she dedicated nearly a decade to practising property law, with particular attention to management rights. Over the years, Sharon has managed a wide range of property law matters, representing diverse clients including large consortiums, companies, partnerships, and individual operators in both transactional and advisory capacities. Her depth of experience enables her to provide clients with thorough commercial and legal insights across all facets of property law. As the founder of Flood Legal, Sharon remains deeply committed to property law and the management rights sector. She offers more than just legal advice, engaging personally with her clients’ property and business dealings to foster successful and practical outcomes.
