Renee Newlan is the principal of Flash Conveyancing, bringing over a decade of experience in property transactions. Beginning her career in conveyancing in 2010, Renee balanced part-time bookkeeping, academic studies at Macquarie University, and family life. Her commitment and focus led to her becoming a Licensed Conveyancer within two years. In 2013, Renee founded Flash Conveyancing with a clear mission: to offer clients trustworthy and clear guidance through the complexities of buying, selling, and moving property. Her approach emphasises personalised support, open communication, and simplifying the legal process, making property transactions less stressful for her clients. Since establishing Flash Conveyancing, Renee has overseen numerous successful property settlements, earning a reputation for her dedication and client-focused service. Outside of her profession, Renee enjoys spending quality time with family and friends and has a passion for motorcycling, often riding her Triumph motorcycle. She skillfully balances her roles as a mother of two boys, caretaker of a beloved pet, and partner to Julian.
