Gennaro Fittipaldi

Gennaro Fittipaldi is a Principal with extensive experience in WorkCover and personal injury litigation. Over more than a decade, he has represented WorkSafe Victoria, its authorised insurers, and employers in a broad range of claims. Gennaro regularly appears in the Supreme, County and Magistrates’ Courts across Melbourne and regional Victoria, handling all aspects of WorkCover and personal injury matters. Prior to joining the firm, Gennaro worked as an in-house lawyer at WorkSafe Victoria, which provided him with valuable insight into the operational and claims management practices of insurers. He then joined Minter Ellison in 2008, where he was promoted to Senior Associate by 2010. Having acted for both plaintiffs and defendants, Gennaro brings a balanced perspective that enhances his strategic advice. Known for his technical expertise and supportive manner, Gennaro builds strong relationships with his clients, guiding them through the litigation process with clear, accurate advice to help them make well-informed decisions.
