Toni Myers

At Finucan Lawyers, Toni specialises in commercial and corporate law with particular expertise in large projects/transactions and corporate governance and compliance. During a stellar career, she has been involved in transactions including IPOs on the ASX; private and public company sales and acquisitions; joint ventures; asset acquisitions; corporate restructures; and general corporations law advice. She is experienced in developing, reviewing and enhancing governance and compliance policies and procedures to aid business practices. Toni is Company Secretary for Vets Central.
