Danuta Newson

Danuta joined Finn Roache Lawyers in 2023, bringing extensive legal experience in commercial and residential property matters, including strata developments. She has worked with a diverse range of clients, from corporate businesses to individuals. Danuta's practice also covers elder law, estate planning, wills, deceased estates, and Family Provision matters, where she has a proven track record of success. Active in her local community, Danuta has served on the committee of her Chamber of Commerce and contributed to the Law Society of New South Wales' speakers programme. She has spoken on various topics such as wills, powers of attorney, guardianships, and elder law at Probus and Rotary Clubs, social clubs, and nursing homes.
