Stuart Day is the Principal Lawyer at Fennelly Legal, bringing over 30 years of experience in conveyancing and law. Since 1994, he has worked with various legal practices in Geelong, gaining extensive knowledge in property law. While working full-time, Stuart completed his law degree at Deakin University in 2010, demonstrating his commitment to professional development. Following his studies, Stuart led the property team at Beck Legal in Bendigo before returning to Geelong to join Fennelly Legal. He also established and managed HG Legal within the Hrkac Group, showcasing his leadership and management skills. In 2022, Stuart became the owner and managing director of Fennelly Legal, where he continues to uphold the firm’s reputation for delivering high-quality legal services. His practice focuses on estate planning, asset protection, and generational wealth transfer, supporting clients in making well-informed decisions about their future.
