Glenn Ferguson AM

Glenn Ferguson AM serves as the Managing Director of FC Lawyers and brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the firm. As a Solicitor admitted to practise before the High Court of Australia and the Supreme Court of Queensland, Glenn has distinguished himself in various leadership roles within the legal profession. His past presidencies include the Law Council of Australia, LAWASIA, and the Queensland Law Society, demonstrating his capacity to influence and advocate for the profession on both a national and international scale. In addition to his leadership roles, Glenn has been a significant contributor to legal education and ethics, serving as a Senior Counsellor with the Queensland Law Society and as an Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of the Sunshine Coast. His dedication to advancing the legal profession is further exemplified by his status as a Founding Fellow of the Australian Academy of Law and his fellowship with several prestigious organisations, including the Australian Institute of Company Directors, the Australia and New Zealand College of Notaries, and the College of Law.
