Jason Goode

Jason Goode LLM is a Solicitor Director with extensive experience in wills, estates and succession planning. He began his legal career in 1985 at Farrell, Goode & McRae while studying law externally at Macquarie University. Jason was admitted as a solicitor to the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia in 1991, and later to the High Court of New Zealand in 2011. In 2019, Jason earned a Master of Laws degree focusing on Wills & Estates and Succession Planning. He is dedicated to working closely with clients to develop tax-effective plans that reflect their wishes and ensure smooth implementation. His commitment to this area is further demonstrated by his involvement with the Law Society of NSW Elder Law, Succession and Capacity Committee, as well as the Rural Issues Committee. A lifelong resident of Temora, Jason has been actively engaged in his local community throughout his adult life. His roles have included serving as a councillor for Temora Shire Council, board member of St Anne’s Central School, Vice President of the Riverina Law Society, and various positions within local sporting organisations, including junior rugby coaching and club founding. Outside of his professional and community commitments, Jason enjoys spending time with family and friends and has a passion for restoring his cherished 1960 Jaguar Mark IX.
