Tim Davies

Tim Davies is the Principal with over 40 years of legal experience, including three decades practising in the Greater Shepparton region and a prior period of about 10 years in western Victoria. His extensive career has focused primarily on property and commercial law, where he has developed a strong understanding of complex taxation issues intricately linked to these areas. Tim’s expertise spans a wide range of matters including commercial leases, contracts, family trusts, business purchases and sales, as well as farm leasing, purchases and sales. Additionally, he handles wills and estate planning, deceased estate administration, and litigation related to will contests, providing comprehensive support across the lifecycle of personal and business legal needs. Complementing his legal qualifications, Tim holds a Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Commerce, Master of Taxation, MBA, and is a Certified Practising Accountant. For many years, he operated a public accounting practice alongside his legal work, retaining his CPA status and maintaining a keen interest in accounting matters even after stepping back from tax agent registration in 2018. Outside of his professional commitments, Tim enjoys outdoor activities such as bushwalking and snow skiing, both at established resorts and in back-country environments, reflecting a passion for nature and adventure.
