Kristina Lukic

Kristina has been a vital member of Family Focus Legal since joining in April 2016. Her approachability and dedication are complemented by her robust legal background and commitment to client service. Before her admission as a Solicitor, Kristina enriched her knowledge at a boutique Family Law firm as a Paralegal, where she gained comprehensive experience in Family Law, particularly in children's matters. Her legal journey continued with a role at a General Practice firm, where she expanded her skills in drafting Wills and Estates documents and resolving civil disputes. Academically accomplished, Kristina holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Western Sydney, a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice, and a Bachelor of Social Science with a major in Criminology. In May 2020, she further advanced her expertise by completing a Master of Applied Law in Family Law. An advocate for lifelong learning, Kristina actively seeks opportunities to enhance her legal proficiency. In 2018, she completed her training as a Collaborative Lawyer, equipping her with additional skills to support clients in family law matters collaboratively. Her experience also includes working at a Federal government organisation, where she honed her ability to interact with a diverse range of individuals. Kristina’s organisational prowess and efficiency ensure that clients receive high-quality service characterized by professionalism and care. Fluent in Croatian, Kristina values the cultural sensitivities inherent in family law disputes and offers a warm, professional approach to her diverse clientele. Beyond her professional commitments, Kristina enjoys baking, travelling, and cherishing moments with her family and friends.
