Nadia Falcone

Nadia Falcone is a Partner at Falcone & Adams Lawyers, where she began her legal career after admission in 2008, having previously gained valuable experience working alongside her father at the firm during her university years. In 2013, Nadia became a partner alongside Joseph Falcone and Marcus Adams. In addition to her role as a Partner, Nadia leads the firm’s Practice Management team, working closely with her colleagues to mentor and support a dedicated group of legal professionals and support staff. Nadia heads the Wills, Estate Planning and Deceased Estate team, guiding clients through what can often be a challenging and emotional period. Her expertise encompasses drafting Wills, Testamentary Trusts and Powers of Attorney, advising on elder law matters including retirement village and aged care facility issues, estate planning and structuring, superannuation death benefits, as well as the administration of deceased estates. She also assists with Part IV claims, disputes relating to Wills, estate litigation and matters before the Superannuation Complaints Tribunal. Committed to her professional development and networking, Nadia is an active member of the Law Institute of Victoria and regularly participates in events organised by the Eastern Suburbs Law Association.
