Marcus Adams

Marcus Adams is a Partner at Falcone & Adams Lawyers, bringing extensive experience across multiple areas of law including litigation and dispute resolution, building and construction law, criminal law and intervention orders, as well as employment law. Marcus began his association with the firm in 1994 while still completing his university studies, and following his admission to practice in 1996, he continued to build his legal career within the firm. In 1999, Marcus and Joseph Falcone formalised their working relationship by entering into partnership, establishing what is now known as Falcone & Adams Lawyers. Marcus leads several key practice teams at the firm and his legal work spans all relevant Australian jurisdictions. His client base is diverse, encompassing individuals and a range of industry stakeholders such as volume and boutique builders, property developers, project managers, independent contractors and sub-contractors, as well as building owners, property consultants, surveyors, architects and engineers. This broad engagement provides Marcus with a deep understanding of the practical and legal issues that affect the construction and property sectors, enabling him to effectively advocate for his clients’ interests.
