Joseph Falcone

Joseph Falcone is the founding partner of the firm, having embarked on his legal career with articles of clerkship at a small firm serving the communities of Carnegie and Frankston. Since establishing his own practice in Emerald, Victoria in 1977, Joseph has developed extensive expertise across several areas of law. He leads both the Conveyancing, Property Law and Town Planning team, and the Corporate, Commercial and Business Law team. In addition, Joseph brings valuable experience in Wills, Estate Planning and Deceased Estates, providing clients with comprehensive legal support. His client base is diverse, including individuals, company directors, property developers, investors, landlords and tenants, reflecting his broad understanding of various legal and commercial matters. Joseph is also fluent in Italian, enhancing communication with a wider range of clients. A committed member of the local community, Joseph has contributed to numerous organisations. He was a founding member of the Emerald and District Rotary Club and has been actively involved with the Emerald Football Club, serving three terms on its board. His community leadership extends to roles such as Chairman of the local Junior Football League Tribunal, Emerald Towards 2000, and the Dr Murphy Memorial Trust Fund.
