Falcone & Adams Lawyers has grown from its origins as a sole practitioner practice founded by Joseph Falcone in Emerald in 1977 to a well-established, medium-sized law firm serving Melbourne's south-eastern and eastern suburbs. The firm operates offices in Emerald, Belgrave/Tecoma, and Pakenham, with the head office located in a purpose-built facility in Emerald. Joseph Falcone was joined by Marcus Adams in 1994, and together they formed a partnership in 1999, establishing Falcone & Adams Lawyers. The firm expanded in 2004 with a branch in Pakenham, extending services into the Cardinia Council area, and later opened a Narre Warren office in 2014 to serve clients in the City of Casey. Nadia Falcone joined the firm in 2007 and became a partner in 2013, contributing alongside Joseph and Marcus to lead a dedicated team of legal professionals. In 2019, Falcone & Adams integrated Armstrong Ross Lawyers of Belgrave, a firm with roots reaching back to the 1930s. Armstrong Ross evolved from the amalgamation of established local practices including John Kinnear & Co, MF Ross & Co, and TD Armstrong & Gillman—reflecting a rich local heritage. Since the merger, Falcone & Adams continues to deliver trusted legal services to the Belgrave and Dandenong Ranges communities.
