Michael has served as the Principal Solicitor at Ezra Legal since 2005, bringing a wealth of experience gained from prestigious roles in several prominent commercial law firms in Adelaide, such as Phillips Fox, Kelly & Co, and Norman Waterhouse. He was admitted to practice in 1999 and has since cultivated a distinguished legal career. Michael possesses extensive experience in commercial law, built not only through his legal advisory roles but also through his active participation in the business world. He has been directly involved as an owner and has held significant positions as director and chairman of numerous private and public entities. His expertise encompasses advising businesses on a comprehensive array of commercial and corporate matters. Throughout his career, Michael has acted for clients across a diverse spectrum of industries, ranging from accountants, liquidators, and farmers to fishermen, building contractors, and food manufacturers. His broad practice includes commercial litigation, where he has represented clients in cases from the Magistrates Court through to the High Court.
