Dustin Rafferty

Dustin Rafferty serves as Special Counsel with a focus on employment law. He has significant experience across all facets of employment and industrial law, having managed litigation and appeared as Counsel before various judicial bodies, including the Fair Work Commission, Western Australian Industrial Relations Commission, Industrial Magistrates Court of Western Australia, Western Australian Industrial Appeal Court, and the Federal Court of Australia. Prior to his current role, Dustin worked as in-house Legal Counsel for the Western Australian Branch of one of Australia’s largest employee associations. He has also contributed to the legal community through his involvement as a Member of the Committee of Management of The Employment Law Centre of Western Australia (Inc). Dustin’s comprehensive background equips him to effectively advise and represent clients in complex employment matters.
