Wendye Vince is the Principal at Epsilon Legal, admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia. With over 34 years of legal experience, Wendye has developed extensive expertise across a broad range of areas including real estate law, conveyancing, wills and succession planning, property-related litigation, liquor licensing, telecommunications, and complex incentive and finance facility agreements. She also has significant experience in mediation. Wendye has held senior roles with tier one Australian law firms such as Mallesons, Minter Ellison, and Clayton Utz before joining Epsilon Legal in December 2012. Her practice encompasses acting for vendors, purchasers, developers, and residents on various property transactions, including Retirement Village matters.
