Jason Falzon

Jason Falzon is a partner at Elvin Lawyers, bringing over a decade of experience in Wills and Estates as well as Property Law. Since his admission to practice in 2014, Jason has built a reputation for providing clear, thoughtful advice and demonstrating tenacity in negotiations to secure favourable outcomes for his clients. Jason earned his Bachelor of Laws with second class Honours from Deakin University in 2013. His early career included serving as an in-house Counsel at State Trustees for three years, where he developed extensive expertise in estate planning, testator family maintenance claims, and related Court proceedings. Before that, he gained practical experience working in a busy law firm, advising on a broad range of legal matters including family, property, contract, commercial, and civil law. This diverse background enriches his client service and problem-solving capabilities. Outside of his legal practice, Jason enjoys perfecting his espresso-making skills and follows Fiorentina in Serie A football with enthusiasm.
