Anique De Florenca

Anique De Florenca is an Associate Director and Senior Family Lawyer with extensive experience in Family Law and Restraining Order matters. She holds a Bachelor of Laws from Murdoch University and was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Western Australia in March 2018. Since her admission, Anique has focused her practice exclusively on Family Law, handling a broad range of matters including complex financial and parenting disputes. Anique adopts a straightforward and supportive approach to help clients achieve the best possible resolution. Her work includes cases involving international, interstate, and intrastate relocation, significant conflict and family violence issues, spousal maintenance claims, as well as matters concerning corporate and trust structures. She also prepares Binding Financial Agreements and Binding Child Support Agreements, ensuring clients have clear and enforceable arrangements in place. In addition to her litigation work, Anique regularly represents clients in the Perth Children’s Court, Magistrates Court and Family Court on children’s matters, property disputes and restraining orders. While skilled in courtroom advocacy, she is also committed to resolving cases through negotiation, mediation and conferences to avoid prolonged litigation where appropriate. Anique is an active member of the Family Law Practitioners Association of WA, Women’s Lawyers of WA and the Law Society of WA. She is also involved in the Legal Aid and Cross-Examination Scheme Panel, contributing to access to justice in the community.
